IDIAZABAL CHEESE
The cheese known as Idiazabal is the traditional cheese from the Basque Country. Its main ingredient is the milk of the Latxa sheep.
It’s a cylindrical and proportionately shaped cheese, with a hard and smooth skin, a homogeous color and a compact maide with scattered holes.
This cheese has a characteristic clear scent of the evolutionated sheep milk, with a balanced and characteristic taste.
We still use the same process as 100 years ago, adapted to the possibilities of the new technologies.
Each cheese weights 1.200 Kgrs, and can be chosen smoked or non smoked. -
HAZELNUTS
Hazelnuts are rounded nuts with a hard wooden shell. 2kg. bag.
