THE WALLNUT
It is the fruit collected in Autumn. It is the fruit of the walnut trees in front of the farms. Inside it`s hard wooden shell, the walnut is a nut divided into four parts by a thin skin. Our walnuts are smaller than in other areas, but they have a stronger taste. Two kilograms packet. -
GREEN PEPPERS
These Ibarra peppers are grown on the farm, and after classifying them by size, they are sealed into pots with vinegar and a bit of salt to preserve them for a year. -

ZERAIN is a new company whose aim is to show to the world the quality, balance, personality and maturity of our regional products. These products are protected and guaranteed by a regulation council that assesses their quality by means of rigorous controls.
ZERAIN System of purchase
There are several ways to access the purchasing section of the ZERAIN website:
From the main page it is possible to access different sections of our website; you can read the information pages of the different regions. Also you will get information about the products on our website, and have the opportunity to buy them. At the SHOP section, you can choose a section and look at the different products, read the data sheet of each product, and add them to the shopping basket.
General buying Conditions
All shopping in ZERAIN is subject to the conditions shown below.
Payment systems
Shopping in ZERAIN is based on a Credit Card payment system supplied by Gipuzkoako Kutxa and 4B net, which guarantees the privacy and security of the payment/purchase.
Security
Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced security system used by ExpoQalidad, protects all data sent to us by Internet. All the information that arrives to us by means of an order (name, direction and credit card number included) is ciphered by a secure server. With this procedure, we assure confidentiality of the credit card information and invoicing data until they arrive at the transaction centre. ExpoQalidad assures a secure payment.
Confidentiality
In ZERAIN we really appreciate the trust the customer has deposited in us. For that reason, our most important commitment is to assure the confidentiality of this data. Any idea, suggestion or information you want share with us will only be used to improve our service.
Delivery and shipping
ZERAIN has the right to change the shipment system or the company, even if it’s otherwise indicated on the webpage, if this doesn’t damage the customer.
However, normally, the shipments of ExpoQalidad will be made by the Nacex courier company. The delivery times will be the following: In the orders that are made in week days before 12:00, 48 hours within Spain and 72 hours to countries within the European Union. When the order is made after 12:00, the delivery time will be one day more.
The delivery costs will be 8 € in the Iberian peninsula within Spain, no matter the quantity of the purchase. For other destinations, the delivery costs will appear on the screen after indicating the delivery address.
Warrant and returns
The objective of ZERAIN is to please all its clients; for this, the client has 7 days to let ZERAIN know any indication about the product or the shipment.
