THE GOIERRI REGION > Viewpoints
What better than an excursion by car to
discover the region's highest areas and small towns and villages. Our
route leaves from Arama and leads up to Altzagarate, where we find our
first viewpoint and a monolithic monument.
From here, we head towards
Gaintza and Zaldibia, and, following a number of narrow tracks that
lead up into the mountains, we finally arrive at Oianguren Park in Ordizia.
To finish with, we can visit the beautiful area around Lazkaomendi (horse
riding available) and Olaberria, a town often dubbed Goierri's balcony.
