of our fundamental resources is the fruit of our daily labours. Based on the
knowledge and techniques handed down by our forebears and respect for and harmony
with our natural environment, our work was traditionally aimed at meeting our
own needs and requirements. Today, however, we offer our products to anyone
who wishes to purchase them.
The excellent quality of our pottery, Idiazabal cheese, different flavour jams, baskets, cider and much much more, are just some of the products on offer in Zerain.
The shop also has another peculiarity: its commitment to Fair Trading. The Zerain shop fulfils a social function that is vital to the town's development, i.e. it enables farmers to receive a greater percentage of the product's retail price.
Thanks to the work carried out by this shop, we have managed to make farm work profitable, enabling farmers, craftsmen and women and their families to continue doing what they do best, while at the same time guaranteeing the survival of our town and our countryside. For this reason, when you purchase our wears, in addition to gaining a high quality product, you are also helping to preserve the key to our survival.
